Wuxi Yongkaida Gear Co., Ltd. is the first belt tensioner company which has the independent designing, developing, and manufacturing ability in China. We are the only company that is authorized to be the OEM supplier of Shanghai-Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, Chery Automobile-Building Company in the belt tensioner manufacturing field in China.
Our company enjoys high credit standing and we are a creditable enterprise of AAA rank. We gained the quality system certification of ISO9002 in 1998, QS9000 and VDA 6.1 at the same time in July, 2002 and ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 in December, 2005. The same year, we were granted to be the high and new technique enterprise of Jiangsu Province.
We have sound hardware equipment, 18,000 square-meter production area and several belt tensioner assembly lines. We are able to produce 2,000,000 car gears and accessories. Now, there are more than 50 items of belt tensioners for domestic cars and imported cars, including the cars of Buick, VW, Audi, Peugeot and Chery.
Our company not only imported the most advanced belt tensioner developing software in the world, but also sent our professional engineers abroad to get the training. We establish a good base for the projects of the part nationalization for the national car manufacturers. After China's entry to WTO, we get more business chances to cooperate with world famous car manufacturers and matching part sale business companies. In 2006, the belt tensioners began to be exported abroad.
